Alwero - Vest "KIS" Adult, SILVER, Wool Ultra Light, brushed

KIS is an ultralight, delicate vest made from a lightweight felt knit. It is hip-length and features distinctive side cut-outs that give the front and back a trapezoidal silhouette. The design is rounded off with a contrasting cotton piping in a warm caramel tone and two pairs of ties for fastening.

Care Instructions

WOOL IS A SPECIAL NATURAL MATERIAL - and should be treated as such.

Before first wear

• We recommend shaking out the product before first use (preferably outdoors) to remove loose wool fibers.
• The typical wool odor is a sign of the material's naturalness. If it seems too intense, you can air out the product first or wash it.
• The surface will change over time, developing a more natural, slightly "curly" texture – this is a completely natural process.

Cleaning / Refreshing / Pilling

Wool should not be washed too often. Therefore, we recommend spot cleaning above all:

• Gently blot fresh stains with a paper towel.
• Spot clean older stains or areas subject to heavier wear, such as sleeve cuffs.
• Regularly refresh the product by airing it out and shaking it – in winter, even a short airing in freezing temperatures is suitable.
• The formation of small wool knots (pilling) is a natural process and typical for wool products.
• For Alwero products with a longer pile, the knots can simply be removed regularly with your fingers.

Washing

• A washing machine with a wool program and a special wool detergent is sufficient for care. We also recommend using a fabric softener during the rinse cycle.
• The product should always be washed separately and not together with other clothing.
• After washing, shake the product from all sides, reshape it, and allow it to air dry naturally – do not tumble dry, do not place directly on a heater, and do not expose to strong sunlight.
• After drying, shake the product again and remove any pilling that may have formed.
